Structural information
Roof build-up (inside → outside): masonry walls carry wooden beams, which support
sub-tiles, finished with tiles on top. Water problems can therefore sit at the tile layer
(broken / disjointed pieces), at joints between elements, or in gutter capacity at the edges.
